Fabric of connection

FABRIC OF CONNECTION - Each connection with SELF and OTHER is unique. It has its own vibrational tone, sensations and flavor. In moments of complete presence with each connection, you notice it never changes nor can be broken. The essence of this fabric is eternal. Parts of the self and Relationship Roles/Forms are the physical evidence of developed identities, patterns and dynamics in relating. Over time we develop habits of relating and ways of being: speech, touch, movements and agreements. Stuckness and Sickness occurs when we freeze in time the identities and patterns that have emerged and make them into absolute truths about ourselves or others.

FREEDOM occurs when we allow identities and forms of relating to emerge, and choose to explore them moment by moment. Trusting that process of allowance liberates one to be and relate at a whole new level. It is also crucial to awaken, acknowledge and allow shadow or disowned parts of the self to become part of our wholeness. This is what my work is about, to liberate the core fabric of your connection to self and other, moment by moment as it arises with care, compassion and love.
